You will follow the same signature workout structure each session, progressively increasing strength through controlled intensity.

You will adopt protein-led, low-carb nutrition to fuel muscle and recovery.
You will prioritise sleep, posture, and identity - because confidence is built, not imagined.

Progress is measured through:
